Systems Scale Wealth

Build SYSTEMS!
If you had to stop working tomorrow...would your income stop too? For most people, the answer is yes.
That's because they've built a life around earning money, not producing it.
One of the biggest ideas in The Rich Recipe is this: Stop chasing money. Start building systems.
A paycheck is a transaction but a system is an engine. One pays you once. The other pays you over and over again.
That's why I don't get excited about making money anymore. I get excited about building something that continues making money after the work is done.
Because honestly I'm lazy, and there has never been a better and easier time in human history to get rich. WATTBA!
A business. A book. A media brand. An investment portfolio. A team. These are all things that can be integrated into systems.
Every wealthy person eventually realizes there's a limit to how much they can work. But there's almost no limit to how much a well-built system can produce.
So the question isn't: "How can I make another $1,000?"
The better question is: "What can I build today that could generate $1,000 a month for the next 10 years?"
That's the difference between income and wealth. Income rewards effort. Systems reward vision.
Build enough systems, and eventually your calendar (and your job) stops controlling your bank account.
Recipe Reflections
What percentage of my income today comes from systems instead of my time (labor)?
What's one asset or system I can start building this month that could continue producing value long after the initial work is done?
The rich have a recipe and this is a key ingredient.
